Synthetic Casey Coordinator can help residents register at the common-area desk. Staff can coordinate room-to-room visits; the requested arrival window is not a rigid vaccination slot.
The rehearsal uses a single synthetic influenza vaccine option. Standard versus high-dose selection and eligibility are not automated by this example.
The secure form opens on admin.dev.fairpath.ai. Use dummy patient, insurance and signature information only. Staff review the request in Walker's development portal. Automatic patient and staff notifications are disabled.
What this rehearsal demonstrates
- Advance registration and staff-assisted registration using the same secure form.
- Screening, insurance details and a versioned synthetic consent packet.
- Staff review and day-of documentation, subject to the existing approval and signing controls.
No barcode scanning, insurance OCR, Pioneer or LINKS integration is claimed. Real facility details and pharmacy-approved clinical materials are required before any real clinic.
